Update November 2022.
The one year maintenance period for the works at Seaton Valley has now expired. An inspection has been carried out by the client, Plymouth City Council and no defects were found.
We had very heavy rainfall in the weeks leading up to the inspection so we were particularly pleased that the paths have held up well under heavy rain conditions.
The works comprised of 1500m of gravel paths and tarmac paths, drainage, fencing and a couple of bridges. The new paths are proving to be a well used asset for the local residents.
We hope to return to complete Phase II works in 2023.
