Bordon Phase 4 - Site Clearance

Contracted by Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company, Avon Construction were employed to undertake the site clearance of the “phase 4” parcel in preparation for a land sale to a housing developer. The site presented with various mixed waste, an old temporary car park and an open field. The clients requirement was to clear site down to formation level. The scope of works was the total site clearance works including the stripping and disposal of turf and green waste, stockpiling of topsoil, removing of temporary car park and stockpile of materials ready for crushing and re-use, installation of 500m of tree protection fencing, installation of 300m of site boundary fencing, dismantling and disposal of unwanted fencing, removal or redundant street furniture and re-profiling of the site. Works commenced April 2025 and were completed May 2025 in line with the land sale.
